Every summer we run a Vacation Bible School program for 100+ children in the second week of July (usually). It is a joint program run by several churches in the County of Forty Mile. While it is hosted at our location, volunteers and resources come from Burdett Christian Reformed Church, Burdett Christian Community Church, Bow Island, Gospel Church, Zion Lutheran Church, and more.
VBS is a highlight of the year as a week of fun, games, crafts, songs, and Bible stories designed to help children grow in faith and friendship. It is also a time of unity and collaboration with many of the Bow Island Churches that allows us to reach our community together.
VBS is for any children 4 years old to finishing grade 6 and there is no cost to attend. Registration begins in June so make sure to contact the church office if you would like to register your children.
